Our retreat is a time for men to get away with other men from Bridgeway and the community to relax and grow closer to Jesus through worship, teaching, small group discussion and recreation.  Our retreats are always a time for reflection and growth and one of our premier events of the year.  You don’t want to miss it!

Regional Retreat including Bridgeway, The Rock of Roseville, Center of  Praise and Bayside of South Sacramento with speakers, Lance Hahn, Francis Anfuso, Bishop Parnell Lovelace and Pastor William Laws. More information to follow.


Your registration is not complete until your full registration fee of $150 has been received. Registration is limited to 75 men per church. If your registration fee is not paid in full by 9/29/14, then your spot will be forfeited.

Check In will open at 2pm on Friday, October 3rd in front of the Town Hall. There is no food available until dinner at 6:30pm so eat before getting to camp. For a Camp Layout please see the following link:


  • Friday’s Dinner will be served at 6:30pm in the Dining Hall.
  • First Teaching Session begins at 8:00pm in the Town Hall.
  • Check out will be at 12 noon on Sunday, October 5th.

What Should I Bring? Bible. Accommodations are cabin/dorm style, so you’ll need to bring your own sleeping bag/bedding and pillow, as well as toiletries.

Woodleaf Younglife Camp has an onsite coffee house, ice cream shop and general store which will be open on Saturday from 1pm-5pm for your convenience. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Outdoor Activity options include: swimming pool (if we have a certified life guard), basketball courts, hiking, football, frisbee golf, and more. Fishing is available in the camp lake. Valid Fishing license is required. Bring your own fishing gear.

We recommend carpooling, please make your own arrangements. The Bridgeway bus will be leaving Bridgeway at 4pm on Friday the 3rd. Space is limited. For information on bus availability contact Steve Johndreau at 916-759-0111 or stellarsteve1027@gmail.com

Directions from Sacramento:

(1 hour, 45 minutes)

From Sacramento take I-5 North/CA-99North. (6.1 miles)

Merge onto CA-70 North toward Marysville/Yuba City. (34 miles)

In Marysville turn Right onto CA-20. Follow CA-20 through Marysville. (12 miles)

Turn Left onto MARYSVILLE RD. (at the Browns Valley Mini-Mart gas station) The road will change names but do not turn off of it. Woodleaf is 26 miles up this road at 11359 La Porte Rd. Challenge, CA 95925 Phone: 530-675-2252
